Agenda del evento

On 5 November, Dr. Piotr Plesiński, Senior Counsel at SK&S, will be joined by Thomas Enevoldsen, Partner at Moalem Weitemeyer, for a Cross-Border M&A Dialogue on M&A transactions in Poland and Denmark.

The discussion will focus on the practical aspects of doing deals across the two markets. Piotr and Thomas will compare Polish and Danish M&A practice, including deal terms, regulatory issues and negotiation styles, and look at some of the issues that may surprise investors and advisers approaching their first transaction in either jurisdiction.

Cross-border transactions involve more than navigating different legal systems. Market practice, transaction processes and approaches to negotiating deals can also differ between jurisdictions.

We look forward to the discussion!
