Thomas engages in public and private M&A, private equity, and venture capital and capital market transactions. Thomas often works with international clients and has significant experience within cross-border transactions. Thomas also has experience with real estate M&A and general commercial matters as well as contracts in all forms.

Dr. Piotr Plesiński

Specializes in M&As, corporate law, commercial contract negotiations, and reorganization processes (mergers, divisions, and conversions). Advises clients on projects involving foreign acquisitions.

Gained experience at leading international and Polish law firms in Warsaw, as well as at a Swedish corporate group, serving as the main transactional lawyer in the European division covering over 20 jurisdictions.

Authored academic publications in the field of commercial law and corporate law. Defended his doctoral dissertation on call and put options at Jagiellonian University.
